CMS in de Overheid, 7 februari 2012
7 februari 2012 staat in het teken van alweer de 3e editie van het congres ‘CMS in de Overheid’! Ook dit jaar staan de laatste ontwikkelingen en trends op het gebied van internet, content, communicatie en interactie centraal. We plaatsen deze binnen de specifieke context van beleid, regels en cultuur van de overheid.
Keynote-sprekers
- Drs. Frits Huffnagel (ondernemer, presentator BNR en oud-wethouder Den Haag en Amsterdam) zal als dagvoorzitter de rode draad van de dag vertolken.
- Mr. Alex M.I. Lambregts (voormalig voorzitter Vereniging Directeuren Publieksdiensten en Werkgroep Antwoord en ondernemer) geeft een overview van de stand van zaken mbt overheidsdienstverlening en uitdagingen en tips voor de komende jaren.
- Natasja Fortuin (manager Online Marketing, Nederlands Bureau voor Toerisme & Congressen) vertelt hoe het NBTC hun online kanalen inzet om in contact te komen met haar bezoekers.
- Prof.dr. Jan van Dijk (hoogleraar, Universiteit Twente en directeur, Center for eGovernment Studies) gaat in op de resultaten van het rapport ‘De eOverheid vanuit gebruikersperspectief’.
- Afsluitend geeft Jan Willem Alphenaar (spreker en trainer over Online Communicatie, Social Media Academy) een interactieve sessie over burgerparticipatie, waarbij u wel mee móet doen!

Zachman Enterprise Architecture: Foundation for Certification, London, 27-29 February 2012, 1-3 October 2012

This new and revised three day seminar, presented by John Zachman himself, will enable delegates to build an understanding of the concepts of Enterprise Architecture and develop a sense of urgency for implementing those concepts in a modern enterprise. It also serves as the foundation for the Zachman Certification Program. Upon completion of this 3 day seminar and passing the ICCP Zachman Framework Enterprise Architecture Test, which is taken at the end of the 3rd day of the seminar, the participant will receive the eZachman Certification (the Education Zachman Certification).

Integrated EA 2012, 6-7 March 2012, London
Now in its 5th year, Integrated EA is a two-day enterprise architecture conference primarily focussed on government and defence but that also draws experiences from other industries.
